The FRIGOSA COMPANY S.A.C. is dedicated to the production of frozen hydrobiological products for direct human consumption, such as cephalopods, crustaceans, bivalve molluscs, fish, echinoderms and fish egg cups, and seafood mixture in established presentations. Our facility is located at km. 68 + 615,488 of the Sechura-Parachique highway, sector 19, Mz. 14 Lot 21, town center Parachique La Boca, district and province Sechura, department of Piura. We provide production services on request for freezing.
We are duly registered and authorized by the Sanitary Authority of Peru: SANIPES with P333-SEC-FRIG authorization code and with Operation License of the Ministry of Production granted by DIRECTORAL RESOLUTION N ° 053-2018-PRODUCE / DGPCHDI, HACCP Certification current and has implemented Manual of Good Manufacturing Practices and Hygiene and Sanitation Program.
Our export destinations authorized by SANIPES are: European Union, Brazil, South Korea, China, Vietnam, Japan, USA, Taiwan, Thailand, Central America (Mexico, Guatemala, Panama, Honduras), Colombia and Ecuador.
FRIGOSA S.A.C. in compliance with the guidelines of the HACCP SYSTEM and the requirements of national and international food legislation, has developed the HACCP PLAN, an easy-to-use document with reference information and guidance for obtaining healthy food that does not cause harm to the final consumer.
